Adding Weight Records from PastureMap

At the top of the screen, click the "Herds" tab, then click the herd you want to view. Scroll down to your Live Animals list and select the checkbox next to the animal(s) you need to update weight records for. If you are updating weight records for the entire herd, use the "Select All" feature. If you are updating weights for a batch of animals in your herd, use the "Select" feature to enter in the number of animals you are updating weights for. 

Click the "Weigh" button, enter your new weight, and add any notes. Click "Apply" to save your changes. 

Adding Weight Records from an Excel File

Follow the steps above to select the animals that you would like to update weight records for. When you arrive to the Weigh Animals pop-up window, click "Add From XLS File". 

Click "Download" to download the Excel template. Enter in the Animal ID, Weight, and the most recent weigh date. If you need help processing an Excel file please reach out to support@pasturemap.com. 

Save and close your file, then upload it by clicking "Browse". Select "Next", then "Apply".
