PastureMap starts new accounts on a 14-day free trial. If you are trying to cancel a subscription, what you need to do depends on whether you have added a payment method.
Understanding your trial
New accounts begin on a 14-day free trial with full access. On the Subscription tab you can see your plan, your trial end date, and a Manage Subscription button. During the trial, Next payment shows $0.00.
| Note: You are charged only if you subscribe, which means adding a payment method and choosing a paid plan. If your trial ends and you have not subscribed, you are not charged, and your account moves to the free plan. |
Avoiding a charge or canceling a paid plan
What to do depends on whether you added a payment method:
- If you never added a card, there is nothing to cancel and no charge will be taken. You can let your trial end, or delete your account if you want it removed.
- If you added a card, or you are on a paid plan, open the Subscription tab and click Manage Subscription to review your payment method and cancel. If you are not sure whether you added a card, this is where to check.

Deleting your account
If you no longer want to use PastureMap, you can delete your account yourself. Deleting your account removes your login and the information stored in it.
- Open the Account tab in your settings.
- Under Personal Data select Remove Your Account.
- Confirm when you are prompted.
| Note: Deleting your account is not something you can reverse yourself. If there is anything in your account you want to keep, save it before you delete. |
